From Tuesday, 26 March at 10 am to Thursday 28 March at 10 am, Deutsche Telekom is offering a presale for the company's private customers via Ticketmaster through the "Magenta Moments" loyalty programme. The offer can be accessed within the MeinMagenta app via the heart symbol in the bottom menu bar. All customers can download the free MeinMagenta app from the App Store or Google Play Store. 

Official ticket sales via Eventim, for which pre-registration is possible from 21 March, will start on Thursday 28 March at 10 am. Pre-registration is required to take part in the two-hour Eventim presale before any remaining tickets go on sale from 12 noon on that day.
