FAN FEST EURO 2024 - Ed Sheeran, Nelly Furtado, Mark Forster and Dylan celebrate international music and football festival on Munich's Theresienwiese

Telekom and FKP Scorpio present the fan festival for EURO 2024 initiated by Philipp Lahm. What a musical highlight for EURO 2024: Ed Sheeran, Nelly Furtado, Mark Forster and Dylan are coming to FAN FEST EURO 2024. Two days before the opening match of the European Football Championship 2024, stars from football and music will celebrate a fan festival together with around 90,000 guests in the heart of Munich, starting on Wednesday, 12 June, on the Theresienwiese. Tickets are available from 28 March via Eventim and cost 95 euros plus fees.

Deutsche Telekom is supporting the FAN FEST EURO 2024 as the main partner. The company will be showing the Fan Fest live, exclusively and free of charge on MagentaMusik or MagentaTV for all those who cannot be there. Deutsche Telekom will also be offering its customers Prio Tickets on 26 March. This offer is part of its exclusive "Magenta Moments" loyalty programme.

Tournament director Philipp Lahm and EURO ambassador Celia Šašić kicked off the biggest cultural event of the 2024 European Football Championship. "Football and music bring people together. This is exactly what strengthens our civil society and our democracy. I discussed this with the music world star and football fan Ed Sheeran at a meeting," says Philipp Lahm. "Thanks to strong partners like Deutsche Telekom, the concert organiser FKP Scorpio, the event agency PRO EVENTS and my home city of Munich, we can offer people another highlight at fair ticket prices."

Philipp Lahm and Celia Šašić will be on stage as guests during the programme. Further appearances by football personalities are also planned.

The FAN FEST EURO 2024 is a first in Munich's city history. For the first time, Munich's Theresienwiese will be used as the location for such a major cultural event, which can be attended by up to 90,000 guests. In addition to the concerts, fan activities on the grounds and on the stage will provide entertainment – and a wide range of culinary delights will be on offer.

Dylan opens the music programme. Even though the 22-year-old makes energetic pop, she describes herself as "a wannabe rock star in a pop star's body". This statement should be chalked up to British understatement, as her talent and personality quickly attracted the interest of artists such as Yungblud, Bastille and Ed Sheeran, who took her on tour as a support act. Dylan may still be at the beginning of her career, but Wembley is already greeting her from afar. And before that, she makes a small diversion via the Theresienwiese.

Afterwards, Mark Forster, an artist who can be found both on the stages and in the fan curve of German arenas, will perform. The success of his work can be measured by six albums at the top of the charts, countless TV appearances, acclaimed performances, and prestigious music awards. However, for the likeable singer-songwriter, who has become an unmistakable voice of contemporary German culture, none of this is probably as important as good music and his love for FC Kaiserslautern.

Musician and songwriter Nelly Furtado has over 20 billion streams and over 35 million albums sold worldwide. She has sold out arenas all over the world, won numerous awards, including several Grammys, and has become one of the most influential and popular voices in contemporary global music culture. But Furtado has no intention of resting on her laurels: the Canadian has spent a lot of time in the studio in recent months, and her fans can expect new music from her as early as this year.

The music programme will conclude with another football fan, superstar Ed Sheeran: the knighted musician has sold more than 45 million albums, won several Grammys and countless awards and made music history with his acclaimed stadium tours. Sheeran has achieved pretty much everything that is possible – and has always remained loyal to his favourite club, Ipswich Town. Perhaps his approachable character, alongside the music, is part of Sheeran’s fascination, which has been fuelled even further by his seventh studio album "Autumn Variations".

From Tuesday, 26 March at 10 am to Thursday, 28 March at 10 am, Deutsche Telekom is offering a presale for the company's private customers via Ticketmaster through the "Magenta Moments" loyalty programme. The offer can be accessed within the MeinMagenta app via the heart symbol in the bottom menu bar. All customers can download the free MeinMagenta app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Official ticket sales via Eventim, for which pre-registration is possible from 21 March, will start on Thursday 28 March at 10 am. Pre-registration is required to take part in the two-hour Eventim presale before any remaining tickets go on sale from 12 noon on that day.

Tickets for the FAN FEST EURO 2024 will be sold at a standard price and cost 95 euro plus fees. Travelling to and from the event is convenient and free of charge with the Munich Transport and Tariff Association (MVV - Zones M-6) and is already included in the tickets.
